ENGL-402 - American Literature: 1860 - Present3 credits Readings of American fiction, poetry, and drama from the Civil War to the present, ranging from Whitman, Dickinson, Twain, James, Frost, Hemingway, Faulkner and several contemporary writers. This course continues the survey of American literature from the same critical perspective as ENGL-302 .
Prerequisite(s): ENGL-100 (ENGL-200 is recommended)
