ECON-100 - Economics 13 credits This course is primarily concerned with macro- economics and aims at developing an understanding of American economic institutions and the economic problems of inflation, unemployment and economic growth. Emphasis is given to the principle tool of economists, the market model of demand and supply. The effects of both fiscal and monetary policies on the major problems of the economy are thoroughly explored.
Mass Transfer Block: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the MassTransfer Block Behavioral and Social Sciences requirements.
