BIOL-148 - Basics of Anatomy and Physiology4 credits This one-semester course combines a series of lectures and laboratory work designed to provide a student with a basic understanding of the structure and function of the human body. It is designed to meet the needs of students with no background in chemistry or biology but who wish to gain a general knowledge in this area. Basic chemistry, cell and tissue structure, and all body systems will be studied with appropriate laboratory work.
Corequisite(s): BIOL-148L
Mass Transfer Block: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the MassTransfer Block Natural or Physical Science requirements.
