ARTS-220 - History of Photography3 credits History of Photography is an introductory course that will present students with an historical overview of the aesthetics and technology of photography and how these developed. Students will also be exposed to the elements and principles of relating to photography. This course will include biographical material on photographers from the mid-Eighteenth century to the present.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL-100
Mass Transfer Block: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the MassTransfer Block Humanities and Fine Arts requirements.
