This certificate program prepares students for entry-level office employment. This is an excellent program for students with undefined career goals and/or the need to enter the job market as soon as possible. The curriculum includes courses in keyboarding, office management procedures and theory, communication skills, and computer software applications. All credits can be transferred in the Professional Office Administrative Assistant degree program.
Minimum English skills requirement: Students must place in ENG-101 on the English placement test prior to registering for their first semester classes.
Upon the successful completion of requirements of this program, a Certificate in Clerical Office Assistant will be awarded.
