MANG-410 - Labor Relations

This course is designed to expose the philosophy, activities and objectives of the American labor movement. Areas of analysis include the history of unionism, labor legislation and the search for institutional security. Particular emphasis is given to the nature, content, negotiation, and administration of a collective bargaining agreement.

Prerequisite(s): MANG-110;
