GRPH-201 - Interactive Media Design for the Internet3 credits This course is a continuation of GRPH-200 and will introduce the student to interactive multimedia techniques for the Internet. Using a wide range of software for media design and Rich Media creation (audio and animation-enhanced interactivity) the student will learn to produce dynamic interactive web pages. The course will focus primarily on the use of Flash and Dreamweaver software programs. Included are such topics as advanced compression technologies, including video and audio compression; non-linear narrative; navigational interface design; and delivery for the world wide web.
