ART-221 - History of Modern Art3 credits A historical and analytical study of the major art movements in Europe and America during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This lecture course will survey major artists and works of art including painting, sculpture, photography, and architecture from Romanticism to the present. Three lecture hours weekly. No Prerequisite.
Mass Transfer Block: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the MassTransfer Block Humanities and Fine Arts requirements.
