HIT-260 - Facility/Hospital Billing and Reimbursement

This course will provide the student with a comprehensive overview of billing for facility services using IC9-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes to complete UB-04 claim forms and various reimbursement methodologies affecting facilities. The student will also be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze payment and denials for accuracy.

Prerequisite(s): HIT-120 and HIT-122.
