OFFS-120 - Customer Relations

3 credits
The student will be introduced to the concepts and skills needed to attract and retain customers. This course is designed to teach the student exemplary customer service thinking in public or private, domestic or international organizations. Listening techniques, verbal and nonverbal communication, telephone communications, and use of technology will be emphasized, as well as resolving customer conflicts and complaints.
