ATHL-151 - Yoga for Health 21 credits A continuation of ATHL-150 . This course will provide an introduction to Yoga and meditation techniques for beginners. Students will be introduced to the history and philosophy of yoga, elementary yoga asanas, breathing techniques, meditation, creative visualization as a tool for stress reduction, and develop a 45 minute beginner yoga routine.
Prerequisite(s): ATHL-150
