THR-221L - College Theatre Workshop 11 credits This is a play production course. Each semester a play is chosen to be prepared and performed at the end of the semester. Students will be involved in various theater activities: acting, set construction, set decoration, props, lights, and costumes. When registering for this course, the student will automatically be signed up for a 2-credit course and its accompanying 1-credit lab; however, the student may contact the professor by the end of the add/drop period if they wish to take the course for 1 or 3 credits and participate on a limited or standard course time basis. This course may be taken by students, faculty, and staff as a co-curricular activity with or without credit. Five in-class hours weekly. Rehearsal and performance times taking place outside regular class times will be announced the first day of class.
Corequisite(s): Must take THR 221
Mass Transfer Gen Ed Foundation: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the Mass Transfer Gen Ed Foundation’s Humanities and Fine Arts requirements.
