BUS-123 - Computerized Bookkeeping

Computerized Bookkeeping introduces the student to bookkeeping in a business software package and the fundamental techniques of a basic accounting system and accounting transactions. Spreadsheets will be used for recordkeeping. Design, theory and controls will be examined. Note: This course is appropriate for students who desire to work in small business, own their own business, or explore other careers in computerized bookkeeping. No previous knowledge of accounting is necessary.
