CIT-252 - Information Security Capstone Project3 credits This course allows the student to exhaustively explore a topic in the field of information security. The student will be advised throughout the semester by the faculty member and will present in front of an audience twice. For the first presentation the student will propose a research topic stating their reasons, methodologies and goals. For the second presentation the student will present their findings. The student will work closely with the faculty member in choosing a topic. Students can choose a wide variety of topics, from administrative policies to very technical deployments; from defensive techniques to offensive security techniques. Students will receive coaching on presentation technique from the first presentation to the second presentation with the goal of growth in soft skills.
