ENG-245 - Non-Western Literary Voices3 credits This course promotes a greater understanding of non-Western cultures through the reading and discussion of fiction, poetry, plays, and non-fiction from regions such as Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia. Literacy selections will be studied in relation to their cultural context and their expression of universal human experience.
Prerequisite(s): ENG-102 (minimum grade of C-).
Mass Transfer Gen Ed Foundation: Credits earned in this course are counted towards the Mass Transfer Gen Ed Foundation’s Humanities and Fine Arts requirements.
