OTA-120 - Assessment & Treatment of Adult Conditions2 credits The emphasis in this course is on the development, restoration and compensation of occupational performance. The student will acquire the knowledge necessary to participate in the screening, evaluation, and treatment process in the adult population with, or at risk of developing physical dysfunction. The student will be educated in the principles of remedial, habilitative and rehabilitative practice and be educated in the theoretical concepts that inform practice. This is a web assisted course; all class meetings are held on-site; supplemental materials are available on Blackboard.
