ENT-250 - Small Business Seminar3 credits This course is designed to expose the student to the challenges of starting, operating, and evaluating the effectiveness of the small business. Major topics studied include entrepreneurial opportunities, the preparation of a business plan, small business marketing, and the management of small business operations. Financial and administrative controls will be emphasized. The course will be outlined and taught on a case study basis to apply the principles and techniques to the corresponding cases study basic to apply the principles and techniques to the corresponding cases in the text.
