CHEM-420 - Organic Chemistry 2

A continuation of CHEM-320. Emphasis is on basic reactions and their mechanisms, nomenclature and spectral identification through NMR and IR spectroscopy. Laboratory work involves organic synthesis by microscale and macroscale techniques. Three one-hour lectures and one three-hour lab per week.

Corequisite(s): CHEM-420L
